1. Acceptance
By using vasquezlegacy.com (the "Site"), operated by Raúl R. Vásquez, an independent Primerica representative, under the personal brands "Vasquez Legacy" and "Vasquez Associates" ("we"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to the following terms:
- Program: "Vasquez Legacy – Request follow-up and financial education", operated by Raúl R. Vásquez / Vasquez Legacy.
- Messages you will receive: confirmation of your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your inquiry, answers to your questions and, if requested, personal finance educational content.
- Frequency: varies by request; typically 1 to 4 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your wireless carrier.
- Cancellation: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive a single confirmation message. You may also opt out by calling (847) 622-1227.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance or call (847) 622-1227.
- Not a condition: consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any service.
- Privacy: your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.
4. Important disclosures
The following disclosures are based on Primerica's Important Disclosures, which control in case of any discrepancy.
4.1 Independent representatives and licensing
Primerica representatives are independent contractors, not employees. They are not licensed to sell all products in all states and may provide products and services only to individuals in those jurisdictions where they are licensed or approved. Raúl R. Vásquez is licensed for Investments & Savings in Illinois, Arizona, Indiana, Massachusetts, Washington and Wisconsin, and for Term Life Insurance in Illinois, Arizona and Wisconsin (per his official profile at primerica.com/RAULVASQUEZ). You can verify his registration on FINRA BrokerCheck.
4.2 Insurance
Life-licensed representatives are agents of the Primerica insurance companies. In the U.S. (except New York), term life insurance products are underwritten by Primerica Life Insurance Company, Executive Offices: Duluth, Georgia. In New York, by National Benefit Life Insurance Company, Long Island City, New York.
4.3 Investments and savings
In the U.S., securities and advisory services are offered by PFS Investments Inc., 1 Primerica Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 30099-0001, member FINRA (www.finra.org). PFS Investments Inc. conducts its advisory business under the name Primerica Advisors. Representatives not licensed with these entities cannot sell to you, or discuss with you, any securities or investment products. Investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal; past performance does not guarantee future results. The calculators and examples on this Site are hypothetical and educational and do not represent any specific product.
4.4 Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)
The FNA is designed to assist in identifying financial needs and goals to make better informed decisions. It is developed based on information provided by the client and on certain generally accepted assumptions and reasonable estimates. It is provided as a complimentary, no-obligation service by Primerica. The FNA is not a financial plan. Representatives are compensated through commissions or fees on the sale or referral of financial products offered by or through Primerica and its affiliated companies, or through advisory fees associated with investment advisory accounts. Representatives are not financial planners, financial consultants or similar specialists whose compensation may be unrelated to sales.
4.5 Auto & home insurance referral program
Primerica Secure™ is an insurance customer referral program in which representatives may refer individuals or businesses to Answer Financial® Inc. or its licensed affiliate. Neither Primerica nor its representatives represent Answer Financial® Inc., its affiliates or any of the insurers for which it places insurance. Clients are not required to obtain a quote or purchase any other product to be considered for a referral. Not all products are available in all states. Nothing on this Site constitutes a solicitation by Primerica for the purchase of those products.
4.6 Business opportunity and compensation
Primerica offers a business opportunity that involves the sale of term life insurance, securities and various other financial products. Representatives are independent contractors; their earnings are based on the sale of products offered by Primerica and on qualifying product referrals. For many product lines, licenses must be obtained before those products may be sold. New representatives complete the Independent Business Application (IBA) and pay a one-time $99 fee for training and licensing, and may incur ongoing personal expenses to conduct business. Earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Any testimonial or success example on this Site or on social media reflects individual results that are not typical of the sales force. 4.7 Trademarks
Primerica, How Money Works™ and related marks are owned by Primerica, Inc. and its affiliates. "Vasquez Legacy" and "Vasquez Associates" are personal brand names of Raúl R. Vásquez. This Site is not operated or endorsed by Primerica, Inc.; its content is the responsibility of its operator and is subject to Primerica's advertising policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully, to provide truthful information in forms, and not to interfere with its operation, scrape data or use the Site for fraudulent purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The design, text, images and logos of Vasquez Legacy are owned by its operator or used under license. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of general educational content, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site. Financial decisions should be based on each product's official documents and, where appropriate, professional advice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without prejudice to the rights granted by the law of your state of residence.
