Plain-language summary. We collect only what we need to respond to your request (name, phone, email, city/state and your interest). We use your phone number to contact you and, only if you checked the consent box, to send you SMS messages. We never sell your information and we never share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

1. Who we are

This website (vasquezlegacy.com, the "Site") is operated by Raúl R. Vásquez, an independent Primerica representative, under the personal brands "Vasquez Legacy" and "Vasquez Associates" ("we", "us"). This Site is not operated by Primerica, Inc. or its subsidiaries; information Primerica collects when you apply for a product is governed by Primerica's Privacy Notices.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Contact details: first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, city and state.
Request details: the topic you're interested in (savings, protection, debt, auto/home referral, business opportunity), your employment situation and any message you send us.
Consent records: the date, time, page and wording of the box you checked when authorizing contact and, where applicable, SMS messages.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site we may collect, through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source (for example an ad or a social media post) and date/time. We use these to make the Site work, measure performance and improve our campaigns. You can set your browser to reject cookies.

2.3 Information we do not request through the Site

Please do not send sensitive financial information (account, card or Social Security numbers) or medical information through our forms or by SMS. When such data is needed for a product, it is collected only through Primerica's or the issuing company's secure forms and systems.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your request for a Financial Needs Analysis, a referral or information about the business opportunity.
To contact you by phone, email and, with your express consent, by SMS, to schedule appointments, send reminders and follow up.
To send you financial education content, if you requested it.
To operate, protect and improve the Site and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Primerica's compliance policies.

4. SMS messaging program and consent

If you check the SMS consent box on our forms, you authorize us to send text messages to the number you provided. Program details:

Program name	Vasquez Legacy – Request follow-up and financial education
Message types	Request confirmation, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your inquiry, answers to your questions and, if requested, educational content. Conversational and informational messages.
Frequency	Varies by request. Typically 1–4 messages per month.
Cost	Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We do not charge for messages.
Opt out	Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Help	Reply HELP or call (847) 622-1227.
Condition	SMS consent is not a condition of receiving any service or purchasing any product.

No-sharing commitment. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with our technology providers strictly to deliver the messages you authorized (see section 5).

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers that help us operate the Site, CRM, email, phone and messaging (for example, the customer management platform hosting this Site and its messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations and only to provide the service to us.
Primerica and its affiliated or issuing companies, when you decide to apply for a product or service, to process your application under their own privacy notices.
Answer Financial® Inc. or its licensed affiliate, only if you request a referral through the Auto & Home Insurance Referral Program.
Authorities, when required by law, legal process or regulatory request, or to protect rights, safety or prevent fraud.
Members of the Vasquez Associates team, licensed representatives who assist you, under Primerica's confidentiality policies.

6. Your choices and rights

SMS: reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.
Email: use the "unsubscribe" link in any email or write to us.
Calls: ask us not to call you and we will record it in our internal do-not-contact list.
Access, correction or deletion: you may request to view, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing or calling the office. We will respond within a reasonable time, unless we must retain data for legal or regulatory obligations (for example, consent records).
California and other state privacy laws: you may exercise the rights your state's law grants you (know, delete, correct, non-discrimination). We do not sell or "share" personal data for behavioral advertising.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, providers with security standards) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure. We retain your data while there is an active relationship or legitimate follow-up interest, and consent records for as long as applicable rules require.

8. Minors

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us to delete it.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to primerica.com, FINRA BrokerCheck, social networks and other third-party sites. We do not control their privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated through the channels you authorized.
